What happens after a report?

1

We review it

We check whether the report contains enough information and whether the identified account, reseller or deployment is connected to TVZZ.net.

2

We may restrict access

Where appropriate, we may request information, disable relevant access, suspend service or require corrective action while the matter is reviewed.

3

We address repeat misuse

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination, subject to the available facts, applicable agreements and local law.

4

Responses are considered

Affected users may contact us with evidence of permission, mistaken identification or other relevant information. The correct process can vary by jurisdiction.

No monitoring promise

TVZZ.net is not required to pre-screen every customer source. We may investigate credible reports and enforce this policy when concerns come to our attention.

Records and cooperation

We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with valid legal requests where required. We do not publish private customer information merely because a report is submitted.
